Vectorial quantities
A vectorial quantity is characterized by numerical quantity, unit and direction.
Examples for vectorial quantities are force or velocity.
Vectors are marked with an arrow above their formula symbol.

Graphically vectors are represented with arrows. The length of the arrow is dependent of the numerical quantity. (The higher the numerical quantity the longer the arrow) The direction of the arrow determines the direction of the vector.
