Warm lemonade or cold tea?

So, after some time, everything is at room temperature?
But why do we feel that some objects are warm? Take wool for example.
And why do we say that steel or iron are cold?
I think if we find out, we are very close to solving the problem!
Can you think of a solution?
[a] If yes, go try to solve the exercise.
[b] If no, no problem! Fred and Lilly also need some more time and some more thinking.
