Position of a shadow

Now you could see that a source of light only creates one shadow behind an object. Now we want to add a second source of light.

How many shadows are created?

a) One shadow.

b) Two shadows.

c) Four shadows.

Add the following to the graph below:

a) The radiation path of every light source.

b) Mark the position, where the shadow is created.

You will realize that the shadows overlap. The overlapping areas are

a) darker

b) lighter
