Subtraction of vectorial quantites

To subtract vectors graphically, the Gegenvektor of the vector which should be subtracted has to be formed. Afterwards we proceed in a similar way as in the addition of vectors before. The resultant vector connects the initial point of the first vector with the terminal point of the Gegenvektor which was formed before.
