Pay attention to the beginning of the video. Watch it several times and use the pause button. Because of better visibility the water has been dyed orange. You can see that liquid substances (just like gases) are inert, too. If the water tub is moved in one direction, a water hill is generated at the opposite end, because the liquid substance is inert and wants to retain its state of rest.
