If the air is extracted from the glass globe, this buoyancy is missing:

Now the wooden chunk is heavier than the iron and is sinking downwardly.
Therefore one would have to weigh all bodies in a vacuum to get a very exact measurement result.
Since the effect is only measureable with very exact balances, normally it is negligible. A kitchen balance is not exact enough to show the tiny little difference.
